- Do you do outcall or just incall?
I do outcall massages in private residences for repeat clients. I work in reputable hotels from Marin through San Francisco and down to Silicon Valley. My rates vary according to your location.
I feel I do my best work in my studio enviroment and prefer to see new clients here. However, my work is about relationships and I seek to accomodate my clients. Please ask for more information if this meets your needs.
- I've never head a Deep Tissue massage, but I'm interested. I've heard that they hurt.
The form of Deep Tissue I engage in uses a wider surface area. I move very slowly and this allows me to apply much more pressure without any discomfort. This penetrates deeply into the muscle tissue, past the superficial layers, and provides a much different effect than a Swedish or Esalen massage.
- What type of oil or lotion do you use?
I prefer Biotone's Advance Therapy Massage Lotion. It's light in feel, hypo-allergenic and scent free. It absorbs nicely into the skin without leaving a greasy feel and is nourishing for most people. An all natural product, I believe what we put on our skin becomes part of us as with anything else we ingest. I stock a number of different oils and lotions and will be happy to use whatever you prefer. Please mention any specific requests when making your appointment.
- Do you have a shower?
Yes, a shower is available for either before or after your massage.
- Is draping required?
Yes, as it's state law, but I prefer to use as minimal draping as possible. Please let me know your comfort level before beginning your session.
- How's parking?
Day and evening parking is pretty good by San Francisco standards. It's all unmetered street parking, and a space can usually be found fairly close by. It's a safe residential area, easily accessible from downtown or Hwy 101 directly off the new Octavia Blvd. exit.
- Do you have any pets?
No pets. If you have allergies, I can run a HEPA air cleaner before your appointment.
